The excellent cuisine at Schweizerhof boasts 14 GM points. To accompany this, the host Medy Hischier has sheer endless knowledge about wine, which has earnt him the name «Dr Rebe». He stocks over 500 sorts in his cellar. Best of all, he does not hold back his knowledge and contacts and provides insights into his “wine secrets” at courses and presentations.
